Corrections arrive as proposals
When an AI tool suggests a correction or a source changes, nothing is edited. A proposal goes to a reviewer.
A reviewer decides
Someone with the right role approves or rejects it. An approved correction is saved as a new version, and the earlier version is kept.
Later answers use it
Once approved, the new version is sent with every later delivery, in every AI tool your team uses.
