Pricing questions
Why is there no price for Personal and Enterprise?
We haven't set one. Portward is in beta, and we'd rather show no number than one we might change.
Can I use Portward with Claude on the Free plan?
Only to store credentials and hand them to your own computer. Connecting a source through Portward, with rules, definitions and records, is part of Personal and Enterprise.
Is any security feature reserved for a higher plan?
No. Sign-in, permission checks, source rules, encrypted credentials and delivery records are in every plan. Enterprise adds ways to organize and review at company scale.
Do the AI features cost extra?
AI processing that Portward runs itself, such as suggesting definitions for a new source, needs a paid plan and your opt-in. The Free plan makes no AI model calls.
What happens if we leave Enterprise?
You can no longer create departments and teams. Work you were already authorized to do keeps working.
